By accessing and using Seema Films music distribution services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Seema Films provides digital music distribution services to independent artists and labels. We distribute your music to major streaming platforms and digital stores worldwide.

• Distribution to 150+ digital platforms
• Royalty collection and payment processing
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Marketing and promotional support (on select plans)

3. Copyright and Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your music. By using our services, you grant Seema Films a non-exclusive license to distribute your content on digital platforms.

• You must own all rights to the content you submit
• You are responsible for clearing any samples or third-party content
• You must have authorization to use all credited performers and contributors
• Seema Films does not claim ownership of your intellectual property

4. Content Guidelines

All content submitted must comply with our content policies:

• No copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content
• No explicit content without proper parental advisory labeling
• No hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content
• Accurate metadata and artist information required
• High-quality audio files meeting technical specifications

5. Payment and Royalties

Royalty payments are processed according to your selected plan:

• Royalties calculated monthly from platform earnings
• Payments processed within 45 days after month-end
• Minimum payout threshold must be met for payment processing
• Commission rates vary by plan (Free Trial: 15%, Premium: 10%, Pro Label: 0%)
• Payment disputes must be raised within 90 days

6. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with proper notice:

• You may request takedown of your content at any time
• Takedowns typically process within 7-14 business days
• Seema Films reserves the right to remove content violating these terms
• Outstanding royalties will be paid after takedown processing

7. Limitation of Liability

Seema Films is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee specific streaming numbers, playlist placements, or revenue outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
