Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases or subscriptions.

1. General Refund Policy

At Seema Films, we strive to provide the best music distribution services. However, due to the nature of digital distribution services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Subscription Plans

Free Trial Plan

  • No charges apply to the Free Trial plan
  • No refunds are necessary as there are no upfront fees

Premium Plan (₹1,999/year)

  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no releases have been submitted
  • Once a release is submitted for distribution, the subscription becomes non-refundable
  • Pro-rated refunds not available for partial year subscriptions

Pro Label Plan (₹4,999/year)

  • Same 7-day refund window as Premium plan
  • Non-refundable once any release is submitted
  • Additional artist slots are non-refundable once activated

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods
Accidental duplicate purchases (must be reported within 48 hours)
Subscription purchased but not used within 7 days
Billing errors or unauthorized charges

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions after releases have been submitted for distribution
  • Commission fees on royalty payments
  • Services already rendered (releases already live on platforms)
  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund window
  • Partial subscription periods

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact contact@seemafilms.media with your account details
  2. Provide your order/transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. Include any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to services until subscription expires
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • Your music will remain live on platforms unless you request takedown

7. Takedown Costs

Content takedown is free for all plans. However, if you cancel your subscription and later want to remove your music from platforms, there may be processing fees depending on your plan status at the time of takedown request.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support team at contact@seemafilms.media. All disputes will be reviewed by our management team within 10 business days.
